Khalid Ismail Shatters Wayne Brown’s Leg [Video]

UCMMA is a hilarious fighting promotion. Aside from the shoddy camerawork (I think you can see a dude rubbing a ring girl @4:51), the fighters and bald people take themselves far too seriously.

The important stuff: Fighters Wayne Brown and Khalid Ismail duke it out in the cage. Brown throws a leg kick and Ismail matches it with another. CRACK! Brown’s bones splitting is heard by all.

The beginning is mostly pre-fight hype. Skip to 6:58 for some bloodcurdling action.

The Highlights:
Aside from Ismail totally destroying Brown’s walking ability, this clip was filled with many other entertaining things.

Wayne Brown and Khalid Ismail trash-talk each other as expected.

Khalid ultimately wins this pathetic exchange of words. He says “Wayne Brown, heard you been calling me out, but tonight the only person you’ll be calling is mum and dad.” It’s so bad that even I couldn’t think of it. (0:38)

Bald Guy #2 then talks about both fighters’ decade experience with martial arts. I don’t know why, but the camera starts zooming in as he says with a hilariously angry face, “But tonight, it’s MMA.”(0:55)

Ring entrances commence. Wayne Brown runs into the ring and is approached by a ring girl for a high-five. She is ignored. (2:37)

Then there’s that weird rubbing thing going on I talked earlier about. (4:51)

The announcer introduces both fighters. Both are booed heavily by the crowd. Wow, there is no love at all in this stadium. (5:18 – 6:10)

Then there’s the kick. (7:00)

Take it from me, while the kick was pretty cool, I was equally entertained by the other stuff that was going on in the video.
