The new trailer for UFC 134, otherwise known as UFC Rio doesn’t hype it up for me. It probably has something to do with the language barrier. Or not. I don’t feel excited. I just feel zen. Is that good? I don’t know. Everyone is so somber, almost as if Dana White were forcing them to fight. And you know what? That’s probably it.

The Highlights:
You tell me. The whole tone and feel of this trailer is considerably different from Zuffa’s other productions. There’s no highlight reel knockout or action whatsoever to show you how serious these fighters are. I tell you, the Brazilians have got to be more zen than the Americans to be excited by this kind of preview. The nu-metal approach is refreshing, I’ll admit.
